1 scoop REL Big Berry Vegan Protein
1/4 cup oats
1 cup frozen mixed berries
3 Tbsp of PB2 powdered peanut butter
(OR) 2 Tbsp regular peanut butter
handful ice

1 cup water
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 banana
1/4 cup oats
3 pitted dates
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Vegan Choc Chips
1/4 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
1 Scoop REL Oatmeal Cookie Vegan Protein
Handful of ice
Fat: 10g carbs: 50g Protein: 30G

MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE (FULL SEND)
1 cup water
1/2 cup almond milk
1 Scoop REL Mint Chocolate Vegan Protein
1/2 Banana
3-4 drops of Mint Extract
(or 3 sprigs of mint leaves)
