Well guys, today is DAY 2 of the #RELpurpose trainer AND the FIRST fxcking LEG DAY!!!!  I hope you guys are as excited as I am!!  Recently Rob and I fell in love with squats.  We fell in love with getting stronger.  You will start to notice a trend with some of our major lifts using a 5x5 set/rep scheme which is a great approach to adding both muscle and strength.  Make sure you are giving yourself plenty of warmup sets to reach to your 5 working.  Plan on at least 3 warmup sets before reaching your working set numbers.  Good Luck and just an FYI you will be hitting legs again on Friday!!! ;)
