DAY 3 of #RELpurpose, and we are training BACK.  Now since we had our heavy squat leg day yesterday, we didn’t want to kill you and do heavy deads today.  We will be saving deads at the end of the week to finish you out!  Today our bigger movement is another one of my favorite muscle and strength building exercise, which is Bent Barbell Rows.  If you want a strong, thick, wide back, barbell rows are a staple ingredient in your back routine.  How you do barbell rows will be completely up to you and how your feel it better.  Check out the video to see Rob and I's different variation of the barbell row. Both are correct and equally good.  Figure out your angle of bend at your hips where you feel the contraction the best.
