DTP Arms: 

Hey guys, so this is what we call Variation Day.  It will change week to week depending on how we are feeling or how we think you are feeling.  Sometimes it may be a rest day, sometimes we may encourage you to try a new type of training or workout, or like today, it is ARM DAY.  Rob and I do not typically give arms their own day weekly.  We have been training for a very long time, so there really isn’t a need for them to have a day dedicated to them.  Honestly, we just feel really stupid going to the gym to train just arms.  But every once in a while we like to hit them, and we hit them hard and fast!  In this case, we use a method that we learned from our good friend, Kris Gethin, called DTP (Dramatic Transformation Principle).  DTP is a style of training that utilizes a variety of reps, weights, and rest periods that will shock both your fast and slow twitch muscle fibers into building muscle…PLUS it is super fxcking intense and will give you a super fxcking pump from hell.   

**** We do not recommend taking STW during this workout, in fear of your arms exploding…. #notreallybutreally

Ohhh, and just a heads up....we are training LEGS again tomorrow ;)
