In celebration of Valentines day and also celebrating all the yummy food you had last night, or maybe you are going out tonight…We are doing partner DEAD CHALLENGE.  You can either pick a weight that both of you can do and pick the number of reps you can do with that weight…OR if available, use two different bars with your own weight.  Rob and I chose 225lb.  I did 5 reps at a time and Rob did 10 reps at a time.  As soon as one person does their reps, drop and get the fuck out of the way, and the next person immediately picks the weight up and goes.  you are do 3 rounds of 3 sets.  So at the end of all the rounds, I will have lifted 225lb for 45 reps and Rob will have lifted 225lb for 90 total reps.  The object is to go as fast as you can (with good form obviously) so that your partner has as little rest as possible.  You should be exhausted!!!  And then you just have to finish the rest of the workout ;)
