Chest day at it again. Start off with properly warming up to a 5 x 5 on the bench. The goal here as always it progress. Try to push yourself a little bit more then you did last week. After that we're going to move onto one of my favorite super sets that you guys have been getting familiar with, decline cable fly superseded with push-ups to failure. After that move onto some incline presses, one more superset and a little intervals to end it. Then as always, enjoy the rest of your day...
