The Quad set is back, hooray! Sorry, just a little excited to train shoulders. After the quad set you should feel pretty good so we are going to move onto some isolation work for the delts. Single arm cable raises are one of my favorite finishers but since you started with the quad set you will get a decent result and pump putting them second this workout. In this workout we've also include the barbell upright / front raise combo which is another of my favorite supersets for the delts. If you do not have access to a barbell feel free to get creative. Use a Ez bar, dumbells and even a low pulley. After that to just really finish your shoulders off we are going to do some intervals with the jump rope. Feel free to get creative with these and do whatever quick form of cardio you enjoy. Jump rope, sprints and the rower are some of our favorites.
