As you may have noticed the other day, we are winding down a little bit with the intensity this week...all in preparation for day 28 :) . Today is back so we want you to start with deadlifts but focus on form and technique here. We recommend working in the 50%-60% range for these sets. After that we move on to Rob's favorite, pull-ups. Single arm rows will follow that. Pick your favorite single arm row, ideally whichever you feel targets your lats the most. Some people have trouble engaging their lats with certain exercises more then others so choose what works for you and obviously what you enjoy. Finish off with pulldowns, t-bar, rears delts and its a wrap for day 24!
