Guys we are almost to the finish line.  This is our last Chest day and its a reload day because on Sunday we will be testing ourselves and testing our strength gains.  I hope you have been taking this seriously, and always trying to add weight or add reps.  This trainer is about purpose.  It's about progress. And the only way to find purpose and continue to progress is to work harder and push yourself hard.  Not just go throughout the fxcking motions and pretend that you're a badass in the gym.  Actually be a fxcking badass and push yourself beyond your limits.  Workouts should suck sometimes, they should be painful, exhausting, sometimes even scary...but that is the difference in having an actual purpose and go through the motions.
Today, even though its a deload day and benching very light...I want you to really focus on your form. Focus on the muscles working.  Focus on squeezing and really concentrating on the movement. Get through this workout and then start focusing on Sunday.  Sunday is the BIG DAY!
