Well, tomorrow is the big day, the grand finale, DAY 28! BUT, today is just as important...you need to rest up! This time we suggest making today an ACTUAL rest day. That means no cardio, no lifting of any sort, nothing. If your feeling funky maybe even carb up a little bit and get some rest for tomorrow. Because tomorrow, you're a powerlifter ;) .
