1 1/2 Cups Flour
3 1/2 tsps baking powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1T Stevia (optional)
1 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
1/4 C unsweetened Applesauce
1 Scoop REL Vegan Protein Vanilla
- Add all dry ingredients (flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt, and stevia) and mix well.
- Add almond milk and applesauce.
- Whisk until batter forms.
- Fold in blueberries or toppings of choice.
- Use 1/3 measuring cup to pour pancakes onto preheated skillet.
- Cook to perfection!
Serving size 3 pancakes (3 servings per recipe)
