1 1/2 Cups Flour 
3 1/2 tsps baking powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1T Stevia (optional)
1 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
1/4 C unsweetened Applesauce
1 Scoop REL Vegan Protein Vanilla
Blueberries (optional)
  1. Add all dry ingredients (flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt, and stevia) and mix well.
  2. Add almond milk and applesauce.
  3. Whisk until batter forms.
  4. Fold in blueberries or toppings of choice. 
  5. Use 1/3 measuring cup to pour pancakes onto preheated skillet.
  6. Cook to perfection!
