Yields 18-20 balls
2 scoops REL PRO Vanilla Cream whey protein powder
1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, etc.)
1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
1/4 cup dairy-free mini chocolate chips
Put REL PRO whey protein powder & almond meal in medium bowl, & mix.Then, add nut butter, and maple syrup, and continue mixing, until batter is like a cookie dough consistency.
Lastly, put in the chocolate chips, and mix it all up, one final time. Use a tablespoon, and scoop out some of the dough into your palm, and roll into cookie dough balls. Do all the dough like this.
For a more set cookie balls, place them in the fridge for a good 20-30 minutes. When making in batches, use wax paper and Ziploc, to freeze. Thaw at room temp.
NOTE: REL Vegan PRO Vanilla can be used.
