Here is my simple, yet effective cardio routine for when I want to cut.
I love listening to personal development while I do cardio, so currently I am listening to the book "Unfu*k Yourself" by Gary John Bishop and "Relentless" by Tim S. Grover.
MONDAY: This is a complete set, no breaks in between exercises. Repeat 6 times with a 45 second break between each round.
1 minute sprint - 45 second walk repeat for the entire 20 mins
