DARK CHOCOLATE & MACADAMIA NUT PROTEIN COOKIES

Here is a super easy recipe for Vegan PRO cookies that is a great snack to curb those sweet tooth cravings without killing your macros. This recipe is also customizable, you can change out the chocolate chips & nuts for any toppings of your choice. Hope you enjoy! -Chef DLB

 INGREDIENTS 

  • 3 scoops Vanilla Plant-Based PRO
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana (applesauce can also work good)
  • 1/4 hemp seeds
  • 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil 
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Dark chocolate morsels (I used Enjoy Life - dairy, nut, and soy free
  • 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts (or nut of your choice)

 DIRECTIONS 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Blend all ingredients together with mixer.
  • Spoon batter on to cookie sheet lined with parchment paper (about 10 cookies).
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and feels down on the outside.
  • Remove from cookie sheet, let cool, and enjoy with a glass of almond milk!!
