- 2 scoops chocolate REL Protein Powder
- 1 Cup Almond Meal/Flour
- 1/4 Cup Stevia
- 3 Egg Whites
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Cup Mini Chocolate Morsels
- 1/4 Cup Applesauce
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
2. And a small bowl mix wet ingredients together
3. In a separate bowl mix all dry ingredients except (mini chocolate morsels)
4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until combined together throughout
5. Stir in mini chocolate morsels
6. Spoon onto nonstick or greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes
7. Let cool for a few minutes and indulge yourself!!!!
