With a name like "Grandma's Cookies" we had to give you guys a protein cookie recipe that is macro friendly but still festive for the holiday season!


INGREDIENTS:
2 scoops of REL grandmas cookies protein
1/2 cup baking stevia (or sweetener of choice)
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp. Salt (optional)
1/4 cup of nut butter (I used jif whips peanut butter)
1/2 cup of plain nonfat greek yogurt
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp butter extract (I used organic butter)
2 tsp of natural sprinkles (optional, but very festive)

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.  Whisk together dry ingredients
3. Mix in wet ingredients
4. Add sprinkles if desired
5. Place rounded tablespoons of cookie dough on a cookie sheet lightly coated with cooking spray
6. Press flat with fork (Watch out, sticky batter!)
7. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cookies are golden brown underneath
8. Eat all the cookies
