Perfect for a quick breakfast on the go! These muffins can be made into mini muffins or regular muffins, which ever you prefer.


  • 2 medium, overripe bananas (the riper they are the sweeter/ moister your muffins will be)
  • 1-2 Scoops REL PRO Chocolate Brownie OR Vanilla PRO
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 Cup peanut butter 
  • 1/2tsp baking soda
  • 1tsp Vanilla
  • 2 T Honey (optional)
  • Optional Toppings* chocolate chips, coconut, raisins

Prep Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place all ingredients (excluding any toppings) in a blender and blend until well combined.
  3. Pour batter into lined muffin pan.
  4. Add your choice of toppings to each muffin.
  5. Bake for 8-9 minutes for regular muffins or 7-8 minutes for mini muffins.

This is a great recipe for someone with very minimal time. All ingredients are thrown into blender and baked. Smaller muffins tend to be dryer then regular muffins, just ensure you are checking them frequently as the end time approaches to avoid over cooking.
