Below is a recipe put together using the Pumpkin Spice Whey protein. This is the perfect way to enjoy your favorite dessert this holiday season without crushing your macros!
2 scoops of REL Pumpkin Spice Whey protein
2 ¾ cups pure pumpkin
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup Spenlda brown sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp olive oil
2 ½ tbsp cornstarch
1 ¾ tsp pumpkin spice
¼ sea salt
1 Honey maid pre-made graham cracker crust
1.Mix all the above ingredients together in a blender (After I blended I did a taste check and adjusted as needed, I ended up adding a little more pumpkin spice).
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3. Add pumpkin pie filling to pre-made crust.
4. Place in oven for 1 hour (checking accordingly).
5. Let sit in fridge over night, and TA-DA Protein Pumpkin Pie!
