Here is delicious cheesecake recipe perfect for fall featuring our new Pumpkin Spice Whey Protein
! This recipe is a little more time consuming but the finished product is worth the wait!
16 oz Cream Cheese (1/3 fat)
10 oz Greek Yogurt-plain
1/2 C Almond Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
15oz can Pumpkin
1 T Pumpkin Pie Spice
Let cream cheese, yogurt & eggs reach room temperature before using. Preheat oven to 300. Cream the cream cheese for 2 minutes. Add the Greek Yogurt and mix until they are fully combined. Add the protein powder slowly and mix for at least 4 minutes. One by one add the rest of your ingredients and mix for another 3-5 minutes. Pour into a greased spring pan. Bake at 300 for 25 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180, crack the oven the smallest bit and bake for another 30-35 minutes. The cheesecake should start to pull away from the pan and the center should be slightly giggly. Let it cool on the counter for 20 minutes before moving it to the refrigerator to cool completely. Cut into 10 slices, enjoy!!
