VEGAN PROTEIN SNICKERS BARS

 

 INGREDIENTS

Yields 10 big bars or 20 small bars

Nugget Layer
1C Coconut Flour
1C Peanut Vegan PRO
2T Cocoa Powder
1/2C Nut Butter
1/2C Agave Syrup
1/4C Coconut Milk

Caramel Layer
1/2C Nut Butter
1/2C Agave Syrup
1/2C Coconut Oil

Chocolate Layer
1C Dairy Free Chocolate Chips

 DIRECTIONS

Mix together all ingredients for nugget layer and press in an 11x7 or 8x8 dish lined with parchment paper. Then heat all ingredients for caramel layer until smooth and pour on top of the nugget layer. Place in the refrigerator until firm. Melt the chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl (30 seconds at a time, stirring in between) until fully melted. Then pour on top of the caramel layer and refrigerate until firmed.

For best results store in the refridgerator.
