I Eat This Pizza And Stay Shredded

What's the difference between a good pizza joke and a bad one? The delivery.

All jokes aside, sometimes only pizza will do. I get it. But instead of a big, greasy pie, let me offer you a different option. Here's a macro-friendly, low-carb, low-fat, high-protein recipe that I make at home and love!

Ingredients:

  • Pan-Fried Chicken Breast - cook this beforehand so its ready to use as a topping

  • Fat-Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  • Prego Pizza Sauce – This was the lowest-carb sauce I could find.

  • Carb Balance Tortillas – this is the secret weapon! 19g carbs, 15 dietary fiber = 3 net carbs!

  • Turkey Pepperoni

Instructions:

  1. Spread one to three tablespoons of sauce per tortilla
  2. Add chicken and pepperoni
  3. Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 minutes (or until crispy)

Final macros:


38g Protein, 42g Carbs, 10g Fat, and 30g Fibre. Not bad!
