Becca Wilcox

Hello my name is Becca Wilcox. I am currently a Quality Administrator in a large healthcare organization working alongside nurses and hospital leadership on process improvement and quality metrics that are patient centered. I have worked in health care in multiple different disciplines for over the last 12 years.

I received my Master’s degree in Healthcare administration in 2015 all the while I was going through Cervical Cancer treatment. I was diagnosed with cervical cancer 2015 and was only 27 years old. I was told that I would most likely never to be able to have children. Adversity I have seen in the last 10 years has molded me into the woman I am today. Fast forward to 2017, I was in remission from my cancer diagnosis and had been blessed with being pregnant with my daughter Taylor Anne who is now 5 years old.

During my pregnancy, we had found out that Taylor had some health issues that could impact her growth. But that didn’t stop me. I kept staying positive and pushing forward. I delivered a healthy 8lb baby that was perfect in every way, but I was not so much. 4 days after delivery with my daughter, I was admitted to the ER with postpartum hemorrhaging but once again it didn’t stop me. I kept fighting.

2020, the year were the world fell apart from Covid I decided I was going to compete in my first NPC Bodybuilding show, and after 22 weeks of prep in my garage to my surprise I won the Figure overall and was titled Ms. Missouri. I wanted to take a year off to grow my weaknesses and compete on the national stage. 2021 completely crumbled me. But adversity again, I pushed through. As personal issues arose, I decided to take a longer offseason and compete in 2022. 2022 came and I pushed through more adversities then I ever thought I would have to. I decided to compete at the first National show of the year Jr Nationals in Charleston, SC. I ended up placing 4 th and knew I didn’t come in conditioned enough. I had more in me.

I decided to keep pushing for an extra 10 weeks and compete at one of the largest National shows, USA’s in Vegas. Fast forward 3 weeks out, I had realized that I needed a little bit more knowledge to be competitive on the national level I decided to change coaches. The day had come a week after my birthday, we were in Vegas ready to compete. In a nutshell, I took the title of IFBB Pro which I had longed for for 4 years and even better than that I took the Overall Ms. USA Figure Champion. I was in utter shock but knew I had put in the work over the last especially 4 years.

I am happily engaged and planning our wedding in November 2023. In my spare time outside the gym, I enjoy spending time with my family and being able to watch my daughter grow and seeing her interests that are very similar to mine as a little girl. Summer is my season and we are definitely a sand and sun type of people. I am highly passionate about sharing with others how to overcome adversities and obstacles.

I coach mothers who have older children and are taking back control over their lives while showing others that it is possible, educating women on how to still have their own identities outside of the role of being a mother, wife, etc.

My favorite product is the Rested Gummies - for all us mommies out there who deserve to finally get some rest!

IFBB Figure Pro Status and being Ms. 2022 USA Overall Figure Champion

Understanding that at times your goals have to be put aside for other priorities to take place first. I am someone that if I want something it doesn’t matter how much I have on my plate, I make it happen. When I want something I want to be the best at it. I would rather be very well excelled in a couple areas, rather than be mediocre in a lot of areas. Overcoming adversities when also trying to be the best at your craft can truly build who you are.

Be with my 5 year old daughter, she is a splitting image of me! We enjoy shopping, playing with makeup, and love being outdoors!
