About this Trainer: 

The21 Day Lower Body Blastis a 3 week workout program that can be manipulated to suit both new and advanced weight lifters. The design of the program is geared towards women who would like to learn the basics of weight lifting or improve their overall physical health. The program will work both upper and lower body with an emphasis on lower body. As you work through the program, you should find yourself building both strength and confidence. This is not an individualized workout program, and results will vary based on intensity and consistency. It is recommended that you consult a personal trainer prior to performing new exercises.

 Meet Megan: 

Megan Schadler is a recreational weight lifter who has been working out and eating a vegan diet for 6 years. She encourages all women and men to immerse themselves into fitness, as the mental and physical benefits of weight lifting can be life changing. Megan is a Certified Veterinary Technician, and is currently completing a Pre-medical degree at Kutztown University. Her lifestyle is an example of how one can see results in the gym and still have a busy and fulfilling life outside of fitness. Megan aspires to help build confidence in all women, and feels that weight lifting has the ability to do exactly that.
