Excited to release my second training journal. Last year, we released my 2014 Olympia Prep Journal. The journal was never meant to be seen by anyone but myself. After the Olympia was over, I went back and started reading the comments and remarks I made to myself. I found this extremely helpful to me, because it opened my eyes to what I was training for, which was no longer myself, but training for the Olympia. I decided that since this journal was so helpful and useful to me, I’m sure it would be helpful and useful to others…So we made it available to everyone.
Which brings us to the new 2015 Arnold Classic Prep Journal. You will notice that it is bigger in size. What I found most useful to me were my comments and notes. So in this training journal, I tired to make sure I wrote something in the NOTES. Whether it was about my day, about the workout, what I liked, what I would change, my mood, sometimes tips, and sometimes I just doodled. The most exciting part of this journal is that you can see a change in my training style from the 2014 Olympia to the 2015 Arnold Classic, which I talk about in the book…so I am not going to give it away!
The purpose of this journal is to not just copy it exercise by exercise, rep for rep. The purpose of this journal is to give you ideas, give you motivation, and inspire you to create your own journey. Write your workouts down, take notes, and learn about yourself and how to improve yourself. And not just your physical self, learn how to improve your over all well-being and become a healthier and happier person!
I hope you enjoy this journal and you find it useful in your daily life!
