The concept for this program is to put you in charge! Your workout should not be something you dread. You should look forward to it. It should be fun and exciting to get to the gym. That being said, this isn’t your chance to half ass things. The goal is to create a workout plan tailored for you. With your mechanics, equipment, injuries and needs in mind.
No more running through a workout you are dreading just because someone on Instagram told you to. If you’re asking yourself, isn’t that what this is? The answer is no. I’m not telling you this is the greatest workout program of all time. I’m telling you it‘s structure is what I found optimal for the last 15 months with my lifestyle. I’m simply answering the question, ‘what is MY training?’.
I enjoy training. I always have. It’s how I manage to be consistent even without a show, competition or meet in sight. The progression and challenge is what drives me. Doing what you love will take care of the consistency side of it and in turn consistency drives results. The goal is to understand that working out is personal. It’s dependent. It’s yours. Once you realize that then maybe you won’t be searching for motivation to get it done, you’ll be excited too.


What lead to this training style? So current day I am fairly active and that is what lead me to this newer training frequency of Upper Body and Lower Body. 2 years ago I even experimented with Full Body training everyday. After 8 weeks of that I wanted to increase more daily volume which lead to upper/lower.
This training program is to be used as a roadmap. You will select your exercises base on what you have around you. Nothings worst then when you get to the gym and go to use a machine and someone is on it right? WRONG? YOU ARE TRAINING MUSCLES NOT MACHINES!! Instead of letting that ruin your workout, take a step back and realize that you aren’t training big pieces of metal. You are training muscles that only know the stimulus you put on them.
