STRUCTURE OVER HYPE
The concept for this program is to put you in charge! Your workout should not be something you dread. You should look forward to it. It should be fun and exciting to get to the gym. That being said, this isn’t your chance to half ass things. The goal is to create a workout plan tailored for you. With your mechanics, equipment, injuries and needs in mind.
No more running through a workout you are dreading just because someone on Instagram told you to. If you’re asking yourself, isn’t that what this is? The answer is no. I’m not telling you this is the greatest workout program of all time. I’m telling you it‘s structure is what I found optimal for the last 15 months with my lifestyle. I’m simply answering the question, ‘what is MY training?’.
I enjoy training. I always have. It’s how I manage to be consistent even without a show, competition or meet in sight. The progression and challenge is what drives me. Doing what you love will take care of the consistency side of it and in turn consistency drives results. The goal is to understand that working out is personal. It’s dependent. It’s yours. Once you realize that then maybe you won’t be searching for motivation to get it done, you’ll be excited too.
