Run Everything Bands come in 4 different levels of resistance and are made from a durable latex rubber. Both the Yellow and Red bands offer a light resistance for warmup, prehab, rehab and general conditioning. Black and Purple bands offer more resistance and could be used for presses and squats in addition to mobility work.
